Service and fulfillment
Packages are one-time advertising services. Every performance package includes a digital content package consisting of short-form videos or Reels, full-stream footage, and photos. Campaign content will be promoted across Ringmasters Live's active social-media channels, subject to platform availability, and delivered to the customer within 30 days after complete, approved materials are received.
Customer use of delivered content
Customers may use the delivered media package for their own lawful promotional and social-media purposes. Usage remains subject to any rights, licenses, music restrictions, performer releases, or third-party platform rules identified with the delivery.
If service cannot be provided
If Ringmasters Live cannot provide the purchased service for any reason, we will contact you personally using the details supplied at checkout to arrange rescheduling, a reasonable alternative, or another appropriate resolution.
Customer materials
You confirm that you own or have permission to use every trademark, logo, image, message, product, and other item you provide. We may refuse unlawful, misleading, unsafe, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing, or otherwise unsuitable campaigns.
No performance guarantee
Audience size, views, impressions, engagement, sales, and conversions are not guaranteed. The package covers the stated placement and content deliverables only.
Independent service
Ringmasters Live is not affiliated with Fremont Street Experience, the City of Las Vegas, any casino or venue, or any social platform referenced on this site.
